Mental Health Week, hosted by the ASU's Mental Health Society, is upon us! Join us this week for daily events dedicated to maintaining and improving the mental health of our Acadia community. 

Monday, September 26th
ESST Nature Therapy Walk
KCIC Gardens, 5:30pm 

Join Acadia Mental Health and ESST for a relaxing walk through the KCIC Gardens and trails. Learn some strategies for practicing nature therapy on your own, and have a fun walk with old friends while meeting new ones.

Tuesday, September 27th
Pizza Cafe: Ending the Stigma Discussion
Michener Lounge (SUB) 6:30pm

Join Acadia Mental Health for free pizza, pop and community conversation on how we as individuals and as a community can help to end the stigma around mental health.

Wednesday, September 28th
Improv Night with Acadia Improv
Michener Lounge (SUB) 7:30pm

Join Acadia Mental Health and Acadia Improv for a fun night of comedy here at the SUB's Michener Lounge!

Thursday, September 29th
Resource Day
BAC Main Area 11:00am-1:30pm

Friday, September 30th
Glow Run and Yoga with Exercise is Medicine
Waterfront Park 6:30pm 

De-stress with Acadia Mental Health and Exercise is Medicine Canada: Acadia at our free 3k glow run and yoga event. Enjoy a glow in the dark run (or walk!) followed by yoga.
