Smoking Cessation Sessions
Addiction Services|Nicotine Addiction Treatment Group
This group-based program is for anyone interested in quitting or cutting back on their use of tobacco. No appointments are necessary. You can attend the group if you are thinking about quitting, ready to quit smoking, or needing support to stay away from tobacco.
Free groups run for one hour and are facilitated by Kris Garby. No appointment is necessary. Groups are held in Wolfville, Kentville, Berwick, Middleton and Annapolis Royal.
