Under the terms of the 16th Collective Agreement, and in accordance with Article 58.10(a) (ii), the University invites applications from all qualified individuals; however, Canadians and permanent residents shall be given priority. First consideration will be given to internal candidates as defined in Article 58.11(b)(i) of the Collective Agreement (Internal applicants are all individuals on the Precedence List as defined in Articles 11.12(a), 11.12 (b) and 11.12(m) and all Full-Time Employees.).
